$10 Flat Rate shipping.

Please allow up to 72 hrs for fulfillment. In some cases, product will be shipped directly from the lab and there may be manufacturing time involved.

Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE, especially in the case that performance guarantees are suspended by the courier. This also applies to unclaimed parcels, or undeliverable parcels due to incorrect address. Unclaimed or undeliverable parcels will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Underage Purchases

 

Every package that we ship utilizes the shipping agent's Age Verification service. This means that in order for the shipping agent to hand over the package, you must verify that you are 18, 19, or 21 years of age or older, depending on the province. If the shipping agent cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items are non-refundable (see our return policy here). Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for the shipping agent to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.

To avoid circumvention of age restrictions, the order will be addressed under the name of the individual placing the order, regardless of the difference between shipping/billing addresses, even if a different name is specified as the recipient.

Taxes and Other Fees

If an order is shipped to a Canadian Province or Territory, Queen City Vapes must collect the applicable taxes listed below:

British Columbia (BC) - 20% PST on vape related merchandise and/or 7% PST on non-vape related merchandise, 5% GST on merchandise and freight
Please note: BC has compounded their tax with respect to vapour products. 20% PST is charged on vape related merchandise, and then 5% GST is charged on that total (26% sales tax)

Alberta (AB) - 5% GST on merchandise and freight

Saskatchewan (SK) - 20% VPT, 6% PST, and 5% GST (compounded on VPT, for a total of 32%) on vape related merchandise. 6% GST and 5% GST on non-vape related merchandise. 5% GST on freight.

Manitoba (MB) - 5% GST on merchandise and freight

Ontario (ON) - 13% HST on merchandise and freight

New Brunswick (NB) - 15% HST on merchandise and freight

Nova Scotia (NS) - 14% HST on merchandise and freight

Prince Edward Island (PE) - 15% HST on merchandise and freight

Yukon (YT) - 5% GST on merchandise and freight

Northwest Territories (NT) - 5% GST on merchandise and freight.

Nunavut (NU) - 5% GST on merchandise and freight.

Queen City Vapes does not ship outside of Canada due to credit card processor terms and conditions.
